DST News: Pakistan’s army says renewed fighting along the Afghan border has left at least five soldiers and 25 militants dead, even as peace talks between the two nations continue in Istanbul.

According to the military, armed militants tried to infiltrate from Afghanistan into Kurram and North Waziristan on Friday and Saturday. It also accused the Taliban government of not taking action against militant groups operating from Afghan soil.
